Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact us within 5 days of purchase to arrange a refund if you are not happy with a product. Prior to issuing a refund we ask that you provide evidence of destroying the document/s.

If the resources are found non-compliant by the National Regulator within a year of purchase, you can request a review of the purchased resources against the documented findings, which will be carried out at no cost.
